Secure Online Self-Service Center
From placing orders to account management, Allegis’ secure online services center offers customers convenient self-service access to transcription orders and files. Customers receive alerts when orders are completed and can easily review order history. Key functions available include entering order information, uploading audio files, and downloading completed transcripts. Allegis encrypts files in transit and at rest. We store transcripts in each customer’s personalized center for 60 days and copies and downloads are available anytime.
