About Us

Allegis is the trusted leader in recorded statement transcription and supporting online services for large P&C insurers—and has been for more than 20 years.

The Allegis Difference

We distinguish ourselves in three important ways:

Capacity – By retaining the largest group of insurance-focused and experienced recorded statement transcription specialists we are able to handle large volumes of orders and scale our transcription team to reliably tackle fluctuations in order volume.

Security – Protecting our customers’ information is imperative. Our proven, unparalleled enterprise-grade security systems and processes ensure protection of all sensitive data.

Flexibility – Allegis adapts to customer workflow realities through a variety of turnaround and service options, all included as standard features.

These three areas of focus serve to set Allegis apart from the competition and position the company as a leader in recorded statement transcription and supporting online services.

Leadership Team

The bulk of the Allegis’ success rests on our people and our carefully designed organizational structure. We are small enough to provide our customers with direct access to our leadership team, while large enough to provide the security, service, scale, and technology benefits of a much larger company. Our leadership team brings invaluable experience and expertise to the company, each person holding a unique skill set to bring balance to our diverse team.
